    Very helpful staff, plenty of advice especially for the confused DIY guy...Garden advice is very good too.

    Guy in the trade section was most helpful. Guy who supplied the paint was helpful too once I located him. I've experienced this store twice now and it was the same both times.

    Service was not too bad except for the lady at the front desk who was to busy talking too her work mate, rather than serve me.

    Whilst the store personnel were friendly and were clearly involved in work tasks, they were chatting amongst themselves rather than looking out for customers. I ended up asking for help at the front counter.
